Q: Do you refund return shipping costs?
A: No, the return shipping is at your own expense.
Q: Can I exchange for another size?
A: You can exchange to another size if it's available. You can either fill in the return form in the box, or you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
We offer a full refund or exchange, within 21 days of receipt for any items with which you are not entirely satisfied. The return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless anything else has been agreed.
We strongly recommend that you send returns by recorded delivery and obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. It is extremely rare packages are lost, but it can happen.
You can expect to receive a refund within 15 days of the returned item(s) being received in our warehouse.

Once we have processed the return you will receive an email confirmation, and the money will be refunded to the payment method you used for the purchase.

Items to be returned or exchanged must be returned in perfect, unworn, new condition within a protective shipping package. No tape, stamps, or return mark can be on the shoe box itself otherwise the return will not be accepted. We do not refund shippingcosts, taxes and custom duties.

TLC Fashion P/S will incur import charges and taxes if this is not written on the package, and we reserve the right to reject any returned items not bearing the text "Returned Items". We strongly recommend that you send returns by recorded delivery and obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Items are returned to TLC Fashion P/S at your own cost.
Postage costs will only be refunded if TLC Fashion P/S is faulty (your statutory rights will not be affected). We do not refund postage costs on sale items for exchange.
