Refund policy

We hope you love your new item(s)! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a full refund or store credit* within 30 days of receipt.

How to Return

  1. Start your return by clicking here. (If the link doesn’t open, please copy and paste it into your browser.)
  2. Your return must be approved via our return portal. Once approved, you’ll receive an email with return instructions. We aim to process approvals within 48 hours on weekdays.
  3. Returns not approved through the portal will be rejected.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Postage costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated on our website or agreed upon.
  • Once your return is processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

We recommend using recorded delivery and obtaining proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. You may use any shipping company of your choice. If your return gets stuck in customs, they usually contact us, and we’ll handle it. Please note that refunds will not be processed until the item reaches our warehouse.

We reserve the right to deduct shipping costs if you do not pick up or refuse to accept the package.

Store Credit

If you opt for store credit, you’ll receive an additional 10% bonus. For example, return an item worth €400.00, and get €440.00 in store credit for your next purchase.

Important: Mark returned packages as ‘Returned Items’ along with your order number. Failure to do so may result in import charges and taxes, and we reserve the right to reject such returns. Please avoid writing directly on the shoebox.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered.

Refunds

Returns within 30 days will be refunded to the original payment method or as store credit, if preferred. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, but it may take up to 15 days from receipt of the return.
