Here are answers to some of our most common questions:
Customer Service:
You can reach us via email at webshop@thelastconspiracy.com or through the web widget in the bottom right corner of our website. We aim to respond within five business days, though sometimes it may take a bit longer.
Please note that our social media channels cannot be used for questions about sizes, orders, shipments, etc. Remember, there are real people on the other end, so please be polite to receive the best possible response from our team no matter what the topic is.
Customs:
Occasionally, packages may be held in customs for an extended period. While we usually receive notifications from customs authorities when a package is on its way, we have no control over the speed of customs processing or the release of packages.
Returns and Refunds:
If an item doesn't fit or you've changed your mind, you can always return it. Before returning, please fill out a return form available here. We strive to process refunds or store credits as soon as possible, but please allow up to 15 days. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
Please note that return shipping costs are not covered unless the item is incorrect or damaged.
Shipping:
Your order will be shipped as soon as possible after it's placed, usually the same day or the next (weekdays). During busy times like seasonal sales and new releases, it may take a bit longer. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or text message.
Size Guide:
We do not have a universal size guide for all styles, but measurements for each style are provided. We recommend choosing your usual size, but for narrow or pointy styles, you might consider sizing up.
Store Credit:
Frequent customers can benefit from our store credit option when returning an item. When you select store credit, we will add 10% of the product's value to your credit. Store credit does not expire.
Taxes and Duties:
Local taxes and duties are the customer's responsibility and must be paid upon delivery.
Warranty:
We offer a two-year warranty on all products from the date of delivery. If you encounter any issues after two years, please contact us at webshop@thelastconspiracy.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
