Here's listed some of the most common questions we get:

We strive to reply within 48 hours in weekdays, but sometimes it can take longer. 

Our Social Media channels can't be used for questions about sizes, orders, shipments etc. 

Remember, that there's humans in the other end, so no matter what the question or issue is, please be polite. Then you will also get the nicest reply from our team. 

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

You can always return an item if it doesn't fit or you have changed your mind. Before returning, you have to fill in a returnform, which you'll find here: https://thelastconspiracy.com/policies/refund-policy

We strive to make the refund or storecredit a.s.a.p, but please note that it can take up to 15 days. As soon the refund is made, you will receive a notification by email.

  

SHIPPING:

Your order will be shipped as soon as possible after it's made. Normally it will be dispatched the same day or the day after (weekdays). In busy times like seasonal sales, new releases etc. it can take a bit longer. As soon as the order is dispatched, you will receive a DHL tracking number to your email or as a text message.

 

SIZEGUIDE:

We do not have a specific sizeguide which describes all styles. But you can see the measurements on each style. We recommend to go for the size you normally use, but if the style is narrow/pointy, it can be a good idea to size up.

 

STORECREDIT:

If you're a frequent customer, you can benefit of our storecredit if you are returning an item. When you apply for the return, you can select storecredit, and we will add 10% of the value of the product to the credit. The storecredit does not expire.
