Sometimes packages ends up in customs, and held there for a longer time.
We usually receive a notification from the customs authorities that a package is on it's way, but we have no influence on the speed of customs processing or the release of packages.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

We strive to make the refund or storecredit a.s.a.p, but please note that it can take up to 15 days. As soon the refund is made, you will receive a notification by email.
We do not cover returnshipping, unless anything else has been agreed. We only cover it if the item is wrong or damaged.
Your order will be shipped as soon as possible after it's made. Normally it will be dispatched the same day or the day after (weekdays). In busy times like seasonal sales, new releases etc. it can take a bit longer. As soon as the order is dispatched, you will receive a DHL tracking number to your email or as a text message.
We do not have a specific sizeguide which describes all styles. But you can see the measurements on each style. We recommend to go for the size you normally use, but if the style is narrow/pointy, it can be a good idea to size up.
If you're a frequent customer, you can benefit of our storecredit if you are returning an item. When you apply for the return, you can select storecredit, and we will add 10% of the value of the product to the credit. The storecredit does not expire.
TAXES AND DUTIES:
In case there's local taxes and duties, these are held by the customer, and paid upon delivery.
